December 2011 - A very nice compilation of the Jubilee Concert was broadcasted on BravaNL in their TV program 'De Gitaarsalon'. The recording was made by Frank Reijgersberg and Wilhelmien Stam from 'De GitaarSalon' in Enkhuizen.
Armrest for classical guitars
These days, Bert Kwakkel increasingly integrates armrests into his concert guitars. An armrest offers several advantages:
- Sharp angle eliminated for even more playing comfort
- Right arm no longer damps the top
- Right arm slides naturally,
which stimulates playing with tone coloring
There are three types of armrests:
